Finally, a networking role where have you tried turning it off and on again isn't the solution.

If your happy place involves building firewalls, fine-tuning WiFi, troubleshooting VPNs, troubleshooting networks so they don't fall over the moment someone starts a Teams meeting, and occasionally muttering it's always DNS... we should probably talk.

We're looking for a Network Support Technician to join our Philippines team, supporting our US-based parent company during US business hours. Yes, it's a late shift. The upside You can skip the Manila rush hour, enjoy merienda before work, and when your shift finishes, half the world is still deciding what to order for dinner.

This role is a broad support role that leans towards networking and security. We're particularly interested in someone who knows their way around Ubiquiti, but if you've built and supported environments using Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, Meraki, WatchGuard or similar technologies, we'd still love to hear from you.
