Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to troubleshoot process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
Time Management – Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Safety Awareness – Understanding of cleanroom protocols, chemical handling, and safety regulations.
Strong teamwork and communication (English & Tagalog)
Attention to detail with problem-solving mindset
Adaptable and focused on continuous improvement

Education & Experience

Minimum Requirement: C ollege level or equivalent (technical/vocational background preferred).
Preferred: Vocational or technical training in manufacturing, machining, or related fields is an advantage but not required.

Skills

Can interpret WPS, special instructions, specifications, and work instructions
Knowledge in inspection and quality assurance
Proficient in using precision measurement tools (microscope, digital calipers, micrometers, film thickness gauges, etc.).
Proficient in data encoding and basic computer use
