Job Description

Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow management and forecasting.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize liquidity and investment portfolios.
Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms for financial services.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Monitor market trends to mitigate financial risks and seize opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
Lead and mentor the treasury team to achieve departmental objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Treasury Manager should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of treasury operations and financial instruments.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in managing banking relationships and negotiations.
Attention to detail and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
