ZOCA is building products that help businesses simplify their operations, improve customer engagement, and drive growth. As we continue to scale our presence in the US market, we are looking for high-performing Account Executives to join our SMB sales team.

This is a high-ownership, high-velocity sales role focused on acquiring new SMB customers in the US.

The Role

We are looking for an Account Executive, US SMB Outbound who can independently own the sales cycle from prospecting through close.

You will be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities within the US SMB market. The ideal candidate has experience selling subscription-based/B2B SaaS products to US customers while working from India and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound selling, understands consultative sales, and is motivated by consistently exceeding revenue targets.

What You'll Do

Own the full sales cycle for US SMB accounts from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Manage and convert inbound and outbound opportunities into new customer revenue.
Run discovery calls to understand customer pain points, business needs, and buying processes.
Conduct compelling product demos tailored to the prospect's business requirements.
Build strong relationships with SMB owners, operators, and decision-makers.
Manage a healthy pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting throughout the sales cycle.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quota and revenue targets.
Develop a deep understanding of the US SMB market, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Handle objections, negotiate commercials, and drive deals to closure.
Work closely with Sales Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to improve conversion and customer experience.
Continuously experiment with messaging, prospecting strategies, and sales approaches to improve outbound productivity.
Maintain strong CRM hygiene and ensure accurate tracking of opportunities, activities, and forecasts.

What We're Looking ForMust Have

4–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS/subscription-based products.
Proven experience selling to US customers while working from India.
Experience in US SMB sales and high-velocity new business acquisition.
Strong outbound sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Experience owning a full sales cycle prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with US-based customers.
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
Comfortable working with sales metrics, targets, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Highly self-driven, resilient, and comfortable with rejection and a high volume of sales activity.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Good to Have

Experience selling vertical SaaS or subscription products to SMBs.
Experience selling products with monthly/annual recurring revenue models.
Experience working in a high-growth SaaS startup.
Experience with outbound sales methodologies and tools such as Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Experience selling to SMB owners/founders or other senior decision-makers.
