6S activities pre and post shift
UnderstandandFollowsthe operations specifications andSOP'swithin his / her function area.
Properly handshakes line status to incoming shifts.
Responsible for the quality of products and preventing any quality issues in the line. Should always aim for zero lotrejection
Responsible for handling assigned machines/area and always ensures certification badge is always updated.
Delivers the required output on his/her assigned area/station, making sure that the parameters required for utilization/capacity areachieved
Escalates/reports any problems encountered in the line to the Supervisor or lead Operator (in the absence of Supervisor) onduty.
Responsible to ensure good set-up and isolation on stations with minor problems like set-up or machine related issues in reference to requiredOCAP
Responsible for handling assignedmachines.
Responsible that all machine downtime, lot history, splitting and merging transactions( asapplicable) of lots are being carried out realtime.
Responsible to inform immediate supervisor if not able to report for work.
Participate in suggestions programs of the company.
Strictly follows companyRules and Regulations.

Initiates highlighting of any issues that could affect the safety and/or output during his/her shift

Requirements/Qualifications:

. Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail
. Prior success working both individually and in a team environment
. Good written and verbal communication skills
. Ability to follow written and verbal direction
. Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications
. Excellent listening skills
. Adaptability to frequent change and improvements
. Regular and predictable attendance is essential
. Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment
. Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills
. You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

College level or Senior High School Graduate

With knowledge in QFN Process : Die attach, Wirebond, Mold

With experience in QFN assembly Process such as Die attach process, wirebond process and Mold process
