In this Outbound B2B Lead Generation role, you will engage with businesses on behalf of our global technology clients to generate qualified sales opportunities. This position is ideal for individuals who are sales-driven, money-motivated, and looking to build a long-term career in sales. Prior experience is a plus, but not essential — attitude, drive, and resilience are what count most.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate within a sales-driven, team-oriented campaign to meet client objectives.
Make outbound business calls representing some of the world's largest tech brands.
Generate and qualify sales opportunities.
Conduct follow-up activities to support the sales cycle.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals.

Job Skills:

• Sales Experience: 2+ years of B2B outbound/SDR experience, ideally within a marketing agency, technology, or SaaS environment, with a proven track record in the ANZ/SEA (APAC) markets.

• Technical Fluency: Working knowledge of the BANT qualification framework and basic familiarity with IT/cloud infrastructure.

• Communication Skills: Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and engage prospects effectively.

• Consultative Selling: Able to understand customer needs, ask relevant questions, identify pain points, and position appropriate solutions.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong active listening, rapport-building, empathy, confidence, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage prospects and establish professional connections.

• Resilience & Objection Handling: Highly resilient and persistent, with the ability to handle rejection, overcome objections, and maintain a positive approach in a high-volume sales environment.
