Represent the Comrise RPO team professionally in all client and candidate interactions.
Provide market insights and sourcing feedback to help refine job postings and sourcing strategy.

Reporting & Team Collaboration

Provide regular updates on requisition status, pipeline metrics, and hiring progress to the RPO Team Lead/Manager.
Collaborate with fellow recruiters and coordinators to share sourcing leads and best practices.
Participate in client calls and status meetings as needed, primarily during US business hours.
