The Client Advisor is responsible for designing bespoke travel experiences and overseeing the stays of a high-potential, high-end clientele, while ensuring their development and long-term loyalty. The role combines relational excellence, strong anticipation skills, advanced personalisation, and commercial responsibility. It requires a balanced presence, great discernment, and outstanding relationship-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a Personalized and Long-Lasting Relationship with Each Member

Acquire an in-depth understanding of each client and nurture this knowledge over time.
Lead introduction calls as key, foundational moments of the relationship.
Build a long-term relationship of trust based on listening, accuracy, and high-quality interactions.
Maintain a regular, thoughtful, and personalized presence aligned with each Member's expectations.

2. Anticipation and Proactivity

Anticipate Members needs, including those that are not explicitly expressed.
Proactively recommend travel experiences, enhancements, and tailored solutions with attention to detail.
Take initiative at the right moment, providing the appropriate level of support and engagement.

3. Relationship & Commercial Development

Identify opportunities to introduce new travel projects with subtlety and precision.
Enrich each Member's annual experience through relevant, inspiring, and high-value recommendations.
Grow the value of each client relationship with a long-term approach while preserving authenticity and trust.

4. Clienteling & Relationship Management

Manage an annual calendar of transactional and relationship touchpoints, ensuring consistency and quality.
Strengthen Member loyalty by fostering personalized and engaging relationships.
Provide regular, structured reporting on client interactions, follow-ups, and commercial performance.

5. Coordination & Personalized Travel Experiences

Collaborate closely with Travel Designers and Destination Managers to ensure consistency and excellence across all proposals.
Deliver highly personalized travel experiences, including accommodations, dining, private transfers, activities, and partner services.
Create memorable moments through thoughtful, refined, and meaningful personalization.

6. Operational Excellence

Ensure flawless execution throughout every stage of the client journey.
Work closely with the Customer Service and Travel Designer teams to deliver a seamless, consistent, and exceptional client experience.

Proven experience in a high-end client-facing role or luxury hospitality, with the ability to represent and embody a premium brand.
