Job Description

As a Recruiting Assistant, you will support the recruitment team throughout the hiring process. This role will assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding while helping ensure an organized and efficient recruiting process.

Responsibilities

Assist with posting job openings across recruiting platforms and job boards.
Source and identify potential candidates based on position requirements.
Review and screen resumes to determine candidate qualifications.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and gather relevant candidate information.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide updates as needed.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
Assist with background checks, verifications, testing, and other pre-employment requirements.
Assist with new-hire onboarding, including collecting required documents and coordinating onboarding steps.
Communicate with hiring managers regarding candidate progress and recruitment needs.
Track candidate pipelines and provide updates on open positions.
Assist with recruiting reports, tracking, and other recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Support the recruiting team with additional duties and projects as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in recruiting, recruitment coordination, or administrative support preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms is a plus.
Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling candidate and employee information.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
