Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Your role involves a dynamic approach to problem-solving, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption. You will collaborate with different teams to maintain system integrity and support continuous business functions effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex issues. - Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of improvement. - Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance support efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Android Application Development. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity3D. - Strong understanding of mobile application lifecycle and architecture. - Experience with debugging tools and techniques specific to Android platforms. - Familiarity with integrating third-party libraries and APIs within Android applications. - Ability to analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of issues.
