Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new client partnerships for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and staffing solutions while expanding existing key accounts. We are looking for a strategic, results-driven sales professional with 5–10 years of experience to build a robust pipeline, negotiate high-value service contracts, and connect corporate clients with tailored talent acquisition solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Pipeline: Prospect, qualify, and secure new enterprise clients seeking RPO, executive search, and contingent staffing services. Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while managing forecasts in the CRM.
Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with senior HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders. Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy, ensure client retention, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Proposals & Contract Negotiation: Create tailored service proposals, pitches, and pricing models (e.g., SLA/KPI frameworks, markups, fee structures). Negotiate contracts and service agreements aligned with company profitability targets.
Market Intelligence & Outreach: Track workforce trends, hiring demands, and competitor activity. Represent the company at HR and industry networking events to build brand visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with recruitment operations, sourcing teams, and implementation specialists to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery. Provide regular sales updates to leadership and guide junior sales staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience: 5–10 years of progressive B2B business development or key account management experience in a quota-carrying role. Proven background in RPO, staffing, recruitment agency, or professional services is required.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of talent acquisition workflows, staffing pricing models, RPO deal structures, and contract negotiation.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) for pitching and pipeline tracking.
Core Competencies: Self-motivated and target-driven with exceptional negotiation, consultative selling, and senior stakeholder management skills.
