Your Impact

Ensure Technical Excellence: Lead the preparation and review of complex financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns. Hold the line on quality, ensuring every deliverable meets the rigorous standards of Australian public practice.
Champion Team Growth: Act as a dedicated mentor to junior and intermediate accountants. Provide pivotal guidance for their professional development, oversee their workflows, and foster a culture of learning.
Strengthen Client Partnerships: Move beyond the numbers by liaising directly with clients to provide compliance support. Play a key role in supporting managers with high-value advisory tasks and strategic client communications.

What You Bring

The Experience:A minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm.
Technical Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Australian tax rules, corporate compliance structures, and the ability to solve complex compliance problems with minimal supervision.
The Toolkit: A proven track record of supervising team members, managing multiple client portfolios under tight deadlines, and high-level proficiency with Australian accounting software and workflow management tools.
