What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in the Philippine power industry, particularly in sales, marketing, business development, or energy contracting.
Proven success in contract negotiation, customer relationship management, and commercial strategy.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing teams.
Knowledge of the Retail Competition and Open Access (RCOA) framework and energy market regulations.
A strategic thinker with excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
