IT By Design is looking for a Senior HR Generalist who is hands-on, people-focused, confident handling employee matters, and ready to take ownership across the full employee lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

Partner with leaders on HR advisory, employee relations and people matters.
Manage the employee lifecycle from pre-onboarding to exit.
Handle employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary actions and labor-related matters.
Manage 201 files, HR documentation, attendance and leave administration.
Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives.
Manage performance processes including reviews, goal setting and PIPs.
Conduct exit interviews and turn feedback into actionable insights.
Develop and improve HR policies, processes and documentation.
Prepare HR reports and support compliance and labor requirements.

What We're Looking For:

4–5 years of hands-on HR experience.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies and compliance.
Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.
Someone who can work independently, take ownership and handle sensitive situations with maturity.
A stable career history and demonstrated commitment in previous roles.
