About Us

Upper Echelon Products is an Austin-based, top 1% Amazon seller behind brands like Repel, the best-selling umbrella in e-commerce for the last decade, plus Everlasting Comfort, Le Chateau, LumiLux, and more. We design products based on what customers actually tell us, and we're growing our TikTok Shop presence with a dedicated live selling team.

The Role

You'll be the face and voice of our brands on TikTok Shop LIVE, hosting daily shopping streams for a U.S. audience from our fully equipped studio in Makati. This isn't passive hosting. You'll demo products, answer questions in real time, create urgency, and turn viewers into buyers. You'll work closely with our TikTok Shop team on run-of-show, promotions, and performance, and bring your own ideas for what makes a stream convert.

Daily Structure

4 hours live. Scheduled during U.S. evening prime time, which is roughly 8 AM to 1 PM Manila time depending on U.S. daylight saving.
1.5 hours prep and wrap-up. Product review, set check, run-of-show prep, post-stream notes, and short clips.

What You'll Do

Host engaging, high-energy TikTok Shop LIVE sessions across our brand portfolio.
Demonstrate products clearly and credibly, showing how they work, why they're better, and who they're for.
Read the room and respond to comments and questions live, keeping the chat active and viewers watching.
Drive conversions using flash deals, vouchers, pinned products, and time-limited offers, in coordination with the TikTok Shop team.
Follow brand talking points and TikTok Shop community and compliance guidelines while bringing your own personality.
Share post-stream observations (what sold, what questions came up, where viewers dropped) to improve future lives.
Record short promotional clips before or after lives to drive traffic to upcoming streams.
Stay current on TikTok LIVE trends, formats, and what top U.S. live sellers are doing.
