About the job

GoRocky Medical Inc. gives Filipinos discreet, doctor-guided care for the health problems they are least likely to talk about. We connect patients to licensed doctors, diagnostics and FDA-licensed partner pharmacies through telemedicine.

We run two brands. GoRocky is the largest men's health brand in the Philippines. Sexual health, hair loss, weight. Kindred is the largest women's health brand in the country, and it runs a real clinic at Serendra, BGC.

Close to 100,000 Filipinos treated so far. There are millions more who still have nobody to ask, and that is the whole point of the job.

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes direct response. Someone who can turn a patient's fear, doubt or objection into an ad that scales.

You own the creative behind our paid ads. Ideas, angles, briefs, testing, iteration, scaling. You work with media buyers, creators, editors, doctors and the founders to push performance without breaking the brand.

This role is for someone who knows that creative is the biggest lever in paid growth.

Two things make it harder here than at most brands. We sell things people are shy about, on the strictest ad platforms. And we build ads with AI, off a brand prompt bank, which is how our ED cost per sale went from about $33 to about $8.

Responsibilities

Creative strategy and ideation

• Build direct response ad concepts for Meta, TikTok and other paid channels

• Create angles, hooks and messaging frameworks for two audiences: Filipino men on GoRocky, Filipina women on Kindred

• Turn treatment benefits into emotion-first, problem-solution ads

• Keep making new concepts while squeezing more out of proven winners

Testing, scaling and iteration

• Read the data: hook rate, hold, CTR, CPA, ROAS, margin

• Spot the winners and the pattern behind them

• Build structured iterations to scale what works

• Kill the losers fast and double down

Briefings and collaboration

• Write clear briefs that UGC creators and editors can run with

• Guide creators on tone, structure, objections and delivery

• Work with media buyers so creative and spend point the same way

• Work with brand, category and clinical teams so claims stay compliant and on voice

Market and customer insight

• Know both customers deeply. What they fear, what they want, what stops them buying

• Live in reviews, DMs, support tickets and consult notes

• Watch competitors and the market

• Turn customer feedback into ad concepts

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for DTC brands

• Strong direct response background

• Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok creative

• You have scaled ads, not just launched them

• Strong copy instincts: hooks, headlines, CTAs

• Data-driven, with creative intuition

• Moves fast, tests fast, learns fast

Must-have skills

• Concepting and angle development

• Direct response copywriting

• Performance analysis and iteration

• Clear briefing and communication

• Fluency with AI tools for creative and content. This is the baseline here, not a bonus

• Strong ownership mentality

Nice to have

• Health, telehealth, supplements or beauty experience

• Experience marketing to Filipino women 35+

• Familiarity with UGC-driven ad systems

• Experience in a fast-scaling DTC brand

• Editing or motion skills
