Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Mall Mileage
Coordinate with mall marketing teams to secure mall mileage (LED ads, static placements, mall e-

newsletters, in-mall events).

Monitor deliverables and timelines with mall partners to ensure proper brand exposure.
Maintain a database of mall tie-ups and provide reports on visibility secured.
Influencer Management
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers that align with the Gingersnaps brand and campaign

objectives.

Brief influencers on brand guidelines and campaign direction.
Monitor content delivery and schedule, ensuring high-quality, on-brand outputs.
Track performance of influencer campaigns and provide post-campaign performance reports

(reach, engagement, conversions).

Coordinate with internal departments and influencers to ensure smooth delivery of items or PR

packages.

Marketing Campaign Execution
Assist in the planning, production, and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, in-

store, and mall platforms.

Ensure campaign timelines are followed and that deliverables are aligned across all touchpoints.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, operations, e-commerce, merchandising) to

ensure integrated execution.

Social Media Analytics & Support
Review and analyze regular reports on social media performance (engagement, growth, top

content, trends).

Suggest optimizations based on analytics and seasonal performance.
Support the Social Media Specialist with content calendar alignment and campaign tie-ins.
Promotions & Launches
Help conceptualize promotional activities and launch campaigns (in-store and online).
Coordinate timing and communication plans with Sales and Operations, E-commerce, and

Merchandising.

Evaluate promo performance and provide data-backed insights on effectiveness.
Admin & Reporting
Maintain the brand marketing calendar and campaign tracker.
Monitor and update marketing budgets for mall mileage, influencer spending, and activations.
Submit reports on marketing activities, mall mileage secured, campaign status, and influencer

performance on a monthly basis.

Content Management
Support the creation and curation of digital content across all platforms (website, email, social

media, e-commerce assets).

Coordinate with the creative team and social media team for content briefs and production

timelines.

Ensure all published content adheres to brand tone, visual identity, and campaign objectives.
Monitor content performance and make recommendations for future improvements based on
