Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Salesperson role based in Cebu City, with a combination of on-site client work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Salesperson will source and qualify leads, conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, preparing listings and marketing materials, and coordinating with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders. The role also involves managing inquiries, negotiating offers, supporting clients through documentation and closing, and delivering professional, responsive customer service.

The Real Estate Salesperson will collaborate closely with the Avero Realty team to achieve sales targets and uphold the company's standards of service and ethics.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and client relationship management.
Knowledge of real estate and real property concepts, including local market trends, property types, and basic valuation principles.
Proven sales skills with the ability to prospect, follow up on leads, negotiate offers, and close transactions.
Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one in accordance with local regulations.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Cebu City, with reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings.
Basic proficiency in digital tools for listings, CRM, and online marketing; social media marketing experience is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple clients and properties at once.
Prior experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is preferred but motivated early-career candidates are welcome.
