Supports the planning and execution of Robinsons Malls communications initiatives by assisting in content development, media coordination, campaign implementation, and administrative requirements. Ensures communications activities are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Assists in the development of communication plans and PR campaigns for Robinsons Malls.
Drafts press releases, media advisories, captions, articles, and other communication materials for review.
Coordinates with mall marketing teams to gather information, photos, and campaign updates for PR initiatives.
Assists in maintaining the monthly PR calendar and monitors campaign timelines.
Supports media relations by preparing media lists, distributing press materials, and coordinating media coverage.
Assists in managing influencer partnerships, including coordination of invitations, deliverables, and post-event monitoring.
Monitors media coverage and compiles PR clippings and campaign results.
Assists in preparing monthly PR reports, media monitoring reports, and communications presentations.
Maintains communications files, media databases, and other documentation.
Performs other communications and administrative tasks that support the Communications team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or any related field.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Canva.
Familiarity with media relations, PR, event management, and social media is an advantage
