Position : Senior Business Development / Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Director

Criteria- Any Graduate (MBA preferred) with 4+ years of experience in Project Sales / Business Development, preferably in Interior Products, Building Materials, Wallcoverings, Environmental Graphics, Related Industries.

Key Skills:

Should have a proven track record of B2B Project Sales And New Business Development.
Strong Client Relationship Management, Presentation, Negotiation, and Communication skills.
Should be comfortable managing the Entire Sales Cycle from Lead Generation to Payment collection.

Job Summary:

Exposure to Project Sales, particularly in dealing directly with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Stakeholders & will be responsible for developing new business, managing the complete sales cycle, and ensuring strong client relationships and post-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business objectives.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to order closure and payment collection.
Develop and implement New Business Development Strategies to generate project opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, and project decision-makers.
Identify and develop new project opportunities through direct engagement with architects and interior design firms.
Conduct client presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products, solutions, and services.
Handle Project Sales & Post-Sales Activities, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Create, update, and maintain an organized client and project database.
Keep updated knowledge of the company's Products, Solutions, Services, And Applications.
Maintain proper and confidential documentation related to ongoing and completed projects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements and project deliverables.
Follow up with clients for orders, project progress, and Timely Payment Collection.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.
