The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with public sector to look for a Business Analyst (Bank, Digital Transformation).
Lead end-to-end transformation projects within Markets & Securities Services Operations, overseeing project delivery, governance, stakeholder management, risk and regulatory compliance to ensure successful business and technology change.

The Talent

Possesses at least 5 years of experience in relevant role
Proven experience delivering complex projects within a regulated financial services environment.
Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, reporting, budget and resource management.
Experience managing business, regulatory, technology or transformation programmes across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks and experience working within formal governance processes.
Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) are preferred.

Job Description

Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resources, and project governance.
Monitor risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies (RAID) and change requests, ensuring effective mitigation and escalation.
Collaborate with business, operations, technology, risk, and external stakeholders to drive project execution and successful delivery.
Coordinate project lifecycle activities, including requirements, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and rollout.
Ensure compliance with organisational governance, risk, audit, regulatory, data privacy, and operational readiness requirements.
