Our client is a well-established MNC specializing in industrial piping systems and flow solutions, with a strong global presence across infrastructure, utilities, and high-tech industries. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Project Manager to support growth within the cooling and data centre segment. They are located in the (East) - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

Drive business development activities within the data centre and cooling segment by promoting piping system solutions and related services
Identify, develop, and convert project opportunities to achieve assigned sales and margin targets
Build and maintain a strong project pipeline through proactive prospecting and market engagement
Develop market strategies based on analysis of industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
Manage full sales cycle including opportunity identification, proposal development, tender submission, and project award
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on technical proposals, delivery planning, and project execution requirements
Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting through CRM systems
Engage consultants, developers, contractors, and end-users to influence project specifications and secure business opportunities
Conduct market research using industry platforms and networks to identify new business opportunities
Monitor market movements and adjust sales strategies to strengthen competitive positioning
Support participation in industry events, technical presentations, and customer engagement activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives
Expand market presence across commercial, industrial, and district cooling projects

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
Relevant experience in project sales within cooling, HVAC, or data centre environments
Strong understanding of cooling systems, industrial applications, and building-related standards
Experience handling end-to-end project sales cycle from opportunity creation to execution
Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and energy efficiency standards
Knowledge of CRM systems and structured pipeline management
Exposure to industrial or building technology segments will be advantageous
