Job Description:

Facilitates license applications of recruits.
Ensures completeness of documents submitted.
Routes ACM to Channel Management for approval.
Processes license applications (Trad and VUL) and submits these to the Insurance Commission.
Provides feedback to the manager-recruiters on status of their recruits.
Ensures all documents are complete including signed Agent's Agreement prior to coding.
Endorses recruit files for coding advises NBO concerned.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

Computer literate - Lotus Notes, Windows programs.
Knowledgeable in licensing regulations/ processes (IC).

Qualifications:

Graduate of any four-year business course.
Experience in licensing function from the insurance industry administrative, customer service experience.
