As an AU Tax Assistant Manager, you'll become part of a newly established Pioneer team dedicated to one of Australia's leading Big Four accounting firms. You'll lead Australian tax and accounting engagements, guide professionals through complex matters, and engage directly with Australian stakeholders. Job Overview

Full-time | Day shift | Weekends off

The Qualifications We Seek

At least 4 years of Australian public practice accounting experience
At least 2 years of team leadership experience
Exposure to SME and mid-market clients with annual turnovers of AUD 5M-100M+
CA or CA-equivalent qualification (completed or currently in progress)
Strong knowledge of Australian taxation, accounting legislation, and regulatory requirements

Your Daily Tasks

Australian Tax & Advisory

Provide Australian tax and accounting advice and solutions across a diverse client portfolio, including SMEs, privately owned businesses, trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and small listed entities.
Build technical expertise across Australian tax compliance, accounting, and business advisory services for middle-market clients.

Client Engagement & Leadership

Lead and contribute across the full client engagement lifecycle.
Communicate directly with clients and participate in presentations and meetings with senior stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality outcomes that support long-term client success.
