Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software delivery with business priorities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable custom software architectures.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
