About The Role

We are looking for an HR Intern who wants to learn how HR works across different areas of an organisation. This role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll, performance management, and other HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment records.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with attendance, leave, and employee data management.
Support HRMS activities and employee queries.
Assist in preparing HR letters, documents, and reports.
Employee Engagement
Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
Assist in collecting employee feedback and coordinating internal initiatives.
Payroll & Compliance
Assist in collecting and validating payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, incentives, and deductions.
Learn and support basic HR statutory processes such as PF, ESIC, LWF, and other compliance activities.
Coordinate with employees for payroll-related queries when required.
Performance Management
Assist in the performance appraisal process and maintaining KRA/KPI records.
Support performance review documentation and follow-ups.
Learning & Development
Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records.
Coordinate with employees and trainers for training requirements.
HR Policies & Process
Support in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and internal communication.
Help identify opportunities to improve HR processes.
General HR Support
Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee queries.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS as required.
Work closely with the HR team on ongoing projects and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
