We are looking for a highly motivated HR Data Management Representative - US to perform clerical and administrative HR activities specific to theemployee lifecycleincluding but not limited to new hires, life events, work events, and mass changes.

This position will be receiving, processing, and entering data received in theservice centerrelated to theadministrationofHR processes. You will also be responsible for providing employee assistance with inquiries related to Human Resources and related policies, procedures, and transactions using HR systems,service centertechnologies/knowledge ware within HRShared ServicesCenter (HR SSC).

Job Responsibilities:

Processemployee onboardingdata and changes throughoutemployee lifecycleevents
Maintainemployee filesand records accurately and meet record-keeping requirements
Conductdata qualityreviews, monitor and correct processing errors
Resolving employee/manager inquiries follow to Human Resources and other related, policies, procedures, and government regulations through calls and emails
Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records andreportsconcerning all phases of therecruitment process, includingEEOstatistics.

Job Requirements:

Education: Associate or bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Human Resources,Engineering, or equivalent combination of education
2-3 years of HR Help Desk and Hire-to-Retire experience supporting U.S. employees, with proficiency in Workday.
Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills in English.
Willingness to work a night shift schedule under a hybrid working arrangement.
Willingness to learnand can-do attitude
Ability to understand and execute business processes based on defined procedures and looks at opportunities to continuously improve a task or output.
Able to work seamlessly with others to achieve a common goal.
Able to create a delightful experience that develops long-term rapport and loyalty.
