The ECommerce Manager is responsible for driving overall ecommerce strategy, growth, and crossfunctional alignment. This role ensures strong commercial performance across platforms by leading strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of online initiatives.

The job includes:

1. Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead campaign planning and coordinate with merchandising, commercial, and marketing teams.

2. Catalog & Platform Management

Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and content are accurate and optimized across platforms.

3. Cross-Functional & Marketplace Management

Collaborate with internal teams and marketplace partners (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, SMO) to drive visibility, promotions, and sales growth.

4. Campaign & Promotion Execution

Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution.
Ensure timely and accurate implementation of promotions and platform support activities.

5. Omni-Channel Execution

Align and execute campaigns across e-commerce, digital channels, and physical stores for a seamless customer experience.

6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Enhance customer experience and identify opportunities to improve e-commerce performance, processes, and efficiency.

The job seeks:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, ECommerce, Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, or online marketplace management, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing major ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, or similar marketplaces).
Strong background in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization across digital channels.
