RedDoorz Marketing team is on a mission to make RedDoorz the most trusted brand technology-driven hotel management & booking platform.

As part of this team you'll help create a brand that communicates our purpose, defines perception and awareness locally and globally, and puts a spotlight on our diverse community– ensuring they receive an inspiring and empowering experience.

We move with speed here at RedDoorz, and this role will certainly keep you on your toes. We are looking for someone who loves to get stuff done. You're who we want to work with if you can balance your brilliant creative streak with ruthless prioritization that moves projects rapidly along.

What you'll do

Monitoring & Reporting

Tracking of campaign performances in all channels: digital, PR, influencers, etc.
Updating of numerical data for all reports: Digital Performance Report, WBR, MBR, PH Core Updates, and the like
Weekly Downloading and consolidation of all data for Re-seller campaign leads
Digital Campaign Set Up
Setting up of digital ads in Facebook, Google and other platforms (Molocco, Appnext, Shareit, Derbysoft)
CRM: Creation of UTM links for push notifications, email and social media posts (daily)

Digital Asset Management

Updating and revision as needed of Google Business Listings (Hotel Information and Google Maps) for 400+ properties
Help in creation of Deal Pages and Promo Codes for campaigns

Data Gathering

Consolidation of Survey results, forms and the like

Admin

Budget & PO Filing
Follow-up and filing of invoices and POs from suppliers for approval
Budget and Actual Costs Tracking
CE Tracking to ensure all are paid on time
Vendor Management
Accreditation
Approval

We'd love it if you have...

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business related courses
Minimum 3 years years work experience in a similar capacity
Has keen interest in numbers and analytics
Digital marketing experience is a plus
