We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented B2C Payer Member Marketing Specialist to support the creation, customization, review, and management of client-specific print and digital marketing materials. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all collateral is produced accurately, adheres to client specifications, and meets critical project deadlines.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and has a strong understanding of marketing collateral production within highly regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

Collateral Creation & Review

Create, customize, and review client-specific print and digital collateral materials.
Ensure all collateral aligns with client requirements, brand standards, and approved content repositories.
Audit marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and compliance, implementing updates and edits as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure collateral configurations are accurate and aligned with client specifications (SPECs).
Work across multiple stakeholders to coordinate requests for printer IDs, secure IDs, and other production requirements.
Provide constructive feedback on creative execution to maintain quality and effectiveness.

Template & Content Management

Version templates based on client specifications and approved content repositories.
Maintain accurate documentation of collateral updates and changes within material-tracking systems.
Ensure proper cataloging and organization of collateral assets.

Project & Production Management

Manage a high volume of collateral projects from initiation through final delivery.
Track project status, communicate progress, and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
Participate in daily team stand-ups and provide timely project updates.
Support quick-turn deliverables while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Conduct detailed quality reviews to ensure all materials are error-free and production-ready.
Verify compliance with client requirements and regulated industry standards.
Escalate issues and recommend corrective actions when discrepancies are identified.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of marketing experience with a focus on print and digital collateral development, production, or operations.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large volume of projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated project management experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams.
Ability to quickly understand and apply complex information and client requirements.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and adapting to changing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting clients within payer, healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of collateral production workflows, version control, and asset management processes.
Experience working with creative, production, and marketing operations teams.
Familiarity with compliance review processes and regulated content requirements.
