Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of Financial Controllers (Associate and Senior Associate), ensuring daily tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time.
Build strong relationships with the client.
Train new team members on processes, procedures, and software systems.
Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Develop and implement efficient workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline Financial Reporting processes.
Maintain schedules and assignments, ensuring workload distribution is balanced and deadlines are met.
Resolve complex issues or escalated inquiries from team members, providing guidance and solutions as needed.
Collaborate with other departments or teams to enhance (functional / departmental) processes and cross-functional efficiency.
Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Prepare regular reports on team performance metrics, productivity, and quality standards.

Job Requirements and Credentials:

Graduate of Accounting, Financial Management or have a business degree with 12 units of accounting. CPA certification is a major plus.
2-3 years experience in handling Financial Reporting with at least 1-2 years supervisory experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite with Intermediate Excel skills. (Can use the functions vlookup, if, and, or, sumif and pivot tables)
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership qualities with a positive and motivational approach to managing a team.
