Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain **MIS reports, dashboards, and financial analysis** using Advanced Excel.
Work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights for management reporting.
Handle **GST-related activities**, including invoice validation, reconciliation, and return support.
Manage reconciliation of GST data with books of accounts and internal reports.
Support **STPI/SEZ-related GST compliance and documentation**.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection, validation, and reporting.
Support statutory audits by providing required financial and MIS data.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, reconciliation, and accounting processes.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in **Advanced Excel** - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, charts, and basic macros.
Good understanding of **GST compliance, reconciliation, and reporting**.
Knowledge of **STPI/SEZ GST regulations and documentation**.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Exposure to ERP systems such as **SAP, Tally, or Oracle** will be an added advantage.

Education

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.
