As a Technician lll under the Production Technical Support Team , you will be responsible for ensure handling complex technical tasks in production operations, including equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will manage resources, monitor quality, and maintain production records, requiring advanced technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Handle highly complex technical tasks to support production operations and enhance efficiency

Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
Manage resources and schedules to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards
Monitor output quality to identify and address faulty products
Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
Make significant decisions within task scope, requiring advanced technical skills
Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations for business alignment
Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining documentation
Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory complianceAll associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

Diploma/ NITEC in Mechanical /Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or related field
Min 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry in a maintenance/ similar role troubleshooting equipment and machines
Experience in cleanroom preferred
Able to work office hours Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
