The Role

You will act as a key distribution lead, building strong relationships with international brokers, private banks, insurance specialists, relationship managers and other wealth-distribution partners.

This is a highly commercial and market-facing role covering distributor engagement, partnership activation, pipeline development and the execution of complex HNW insurance opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Drive HNW business growth across assigned distribution channels and markets
Develop strong relationships with international brokers, private banks, family offices, wealth advisers and other distribution partners
Identify new opportunities and build a sustainable commercial pipeline
Support the onboarding and activation of new distribution partners
Coordinate training, operational readiness and initial case execution
Provide distributors with guidance on HNW propositions, processes and business-related enquiries
Deliver product and proposition training to strengthen distributor capabilities
Develop distributor engagement strategies, campaigns and marketing initiatives
Gather market intelligence, competitor insights and distributor feedback to support business planning
Work closely with Case Management, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, Operations and Product teams to facilitate complex case execution
Resolve commercial, operational and servicing issues affecting distributors or clients
Manage and guide junior distribution team members where applicable

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
More than 10 years of relevant experience in insurance distribution, wealth management or HNW business development
Strong experience supporting HNW or UHNW insurance solutions
Good understanding of trust arrangements, premium financing, wealth transfer and succession-planning solutions
Strong knowledge of the HNW distribution ecosystem, including international brokers, private banks, family offices and wealth advisers
Proven track record in managing distributor relationships and driving sales growth
Experience coordinating complex cases across Underwriting, Operations, Compliance and Product teams
Strong knowledge of HNW market trends and competitor propositions
Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
Established relationships within the international broker or private-banking market would be highly advantageous
Able to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving international environment

Strong knowledge of international broker, private banking, bancassurance, family office and wealth advisory channels. Experience supporting HNW insurance solutions involving trust arrangements, premium financing and wealth transfer planning. Proven ability to develop distributor relationships, grow commercial pipelines and coordinate complex opportunities across underwriting, compliance, operations and product teams. Established broker or private banking relationships are highly preferred.
