Role Description The F&B Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig, responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations to ensure consistent, high-quality guest service. This role coordinates and supervises F&B staff during service periods, assigns tasks, and monitors adherence to hotel service standards. The F&B Team Leader ensures smooth execution of food service, including table setups, order taking, food delivery, and guest follow-up, while addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. The role includes training and mentoring team members, supporting inventory and stock control, monitoring cleanliness and safety in F&B areas, and working closely with kitchen and other hotel departments to support events and regular outlet operations.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills with experience leading F&B or hospitality teams, including task delegation and performance monitoring.
Knowledge of Service Standards and hotel procedures, with the ability to implement and maintain consistent quality across all F&B outlets.
Hands-on experience in Food Service operations, including order taking, table service, buffet management, and coordination with kitchen staff.
Excellent Customer Service orientation, with a focus on guest satisfaction, issue resolution, and building positive guest relationships.
Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests, colleagues, and management.
Previous experience in hotel or restaurant F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or senior service role.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours as required by hotel operations.
Knowledge of basic health, safety, and sanitation practices in food and beverage environments.
Relevant education in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
Proficiency in English; additional local or foreign language skills are beneficial.
