Role &Responsibilities:

Own the quality of AMILI's retail execution and commercial performance visibility across Pharmacy chain across Singapore, ensuring that AMILI products are consistently available, correctly merchandised and activated according to agreed customer plans. The role will combine field execution with commercial analytics, translating store audits, retailer sales data and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations that ensure & improve availability, visibility, rate of sales and overall retail performance. Essentially Own AMILI's last 3 feet and the numbers behind it.

The position provides exposure across sales execution, commercial excellence, customer management, shopper marketing, and analytics, with the opportunity to grows AMILI's retail footprint expands.

Key responsibilities

1. Retail Execution & Store Audits (40%)

Build a structured visit cycle across the Pharmacy stores audit distribution, availability, SKU presence, shelf position, facings, pricing, POSM and promotional compliance in store

2. On-Shelf Availability (10%)

Identify OOS and low-stock situations track by SKU/store investigate recurring issues and coordinate corrective actions

3. Merchandising & Activation Compliance (10%)

Ensure agreed planograms, shelf blocks, secondary/off-shelf displays, promotional materials, and launches are executed correctly maintain photographic evidence

4. Sales Analytics & Dashboard (10%)

Analyze Pharmacy sell-out data by store × SKU × week/month develop dashboards identifying trends, best/worst stores, ROS and opportunities. Over time provide analysis on instore activations.

5. Competitive Intelligence (10%)

Track competitors including assortment, launches, price, promotions, claims, shelf position, displays and promotional intensity

6. Commercial Insights (10%)

Combine sales + execution + any competitor data to explain performance and recommend actions

7. Customer/Commercial Support (10%)

Support Commercial Head with business reviews, JBPs & managing the sales relationships as part of account management

Immediately therole will focus on the In-store excellence & store sell-out data analysisfrom the pharmacy. Then the position will be involved in making recommendationson impact of the activities the brand portfolio activates in-store &providing commercial insights.

Job Requirements : 3-5 years in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, VMS, pharmacy (Unity, Guardian, Watsons), beauty/personal care or distributors handling similar consumer categories.
