About The Role

As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do

Perform routine maintenance : Schedule and conduct regular maintenance tasks to prevent system failures.
Inspect and test systems : Regularly inspect and test building systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
Collaborate with other teams : Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and implement building system upgrades.
Develop and implement maintenance plans : Create and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
Conduct energy audits : Identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with regulations : Ensure building systems comply with relevant laws, codes, and regulations.

About You

Licensed Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in Facilities or Building systems.
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays.
