Position Title: Executive Assistant

Quick Rundown:

This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring the efficient operation of daily executive activities.

What You'll Do:

Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
Handle and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed
Conduct research and compile data for reports and decision-making
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion
Oversee administrative tasks such as expense reporting, document management, and office coordination
Assist in special projects and provide support for strategic initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth executive operations

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools
Proficiency in scheduling management and CRM tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
