What You'll Do

- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and seamless service delivery.

- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers and service professionals.

- Uphold Mott 32's renowned standards of hospitality, service, and operational excellence.

- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective leadership and business acumen.

- Build lasting relationships with guests, including VIP clientele, while ensuring personalized service.

- Partner closely with Culinary, Beverage, Marketing, and Resort Operations teams to create outstanding dining experiences.

- Oversee labor productivity, inventory management, cost control, and operational performance.

- Champion a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous learning, and service excellence.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of management experience in luxury, upscale, or fine dining establishments.

- Experience in luxury hotels, integrated resorts, Michelin-recognized restaurants, or premium Asian dining concepts is highly desirable.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, wine, spirits, financial management, and guest service excellence.

- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
