ABOUT THE ROLE

You will own the growth and day-to-day performance of the e-commerce businesses under Gobo's management. This is not a store-maintenance role. You will connect commercial strategy, marketplace execution, content, media, promotions, inventory, and analytics to make online stores grow. You will work across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and owned platforms, partnering with clients and internal teams to turn traffic into conversion and campaigns into measurable business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIE

SOwn e-commerce growth targets and performance across the Client brands and platforms under your management, translating business goals into a clear commercial roadmap
.Build platform strategies by marketplace—assortment, pricing, promotions, campaign participation, media, affiliates, bundles, live selling, and other levers that can drive traffic and conversion
.Keep every storefront competitive and conversion-ready, with strong merchandising, accurate product information, current content, and brand-right execution
.Use data relentlessly: diagnose performance by platform, campaign, SKU, traffic source, and funnel stage, then recommend specific actions to unlock growth
.Connect demand with operations by working closely with planning and warehouse teams on inventory health, forecasting, replenishment, fulfillment SLAs, and stock-out risks
.Lead major e-commerce moments—from monthly campaigns to mega-sale events—aligning Client, creative, media, platform, and operations teams around a single execution plan
.Build trusted Client relationships by bringing proactive commercial recommendations, clear reporting, and a point of view on what the business should do next
.Lead and develop the e-commerce team, improving commercial thinking, platform expertise, operating discipline, and ownership
.Maintain strong commercial and governance discipline across scopes, costs, approvals, timelines, and Agency resources

QUALIFICATIO

NS3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or online reta
ilProven track record of driving online sales growth across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and/or brand-owned platform
s.Strong command of e-commerce KPIs including GMV, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, ROI/ROAS, platform fees, fulfillment SLAs, and inventory healt
h.Experience in commercial planning, sales forecasting, promotional strategy, and campaign performance managemen
t.Hands-on familiarity with marketplace dashboards and levers such as vouchers, bundles, live selling, affiliates, search, platform media, and mega-sale event
s.Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to turn data into clear actions for clients, creative, media, demand planning, and operations team
