Position Responsibilities:

Perform independent reviews of disaster recovery (DR) tests, validating evidence and identifying gaps or risks
Document findings, observations, and conclusions accurately in centralized tracking tools
Support intake, prioritization, and tracking of DR activities requiring CoE oversight
Monitor and follow through on remediation actions and corrective action plans (CAPs) with stakeholders
Collaborate with DR, IRM, and business teams to gather information and communicate expectations and findings
Contribute to reporting, metrics, and process improvements, ensuring alignment with CoE SOPs, SLAs, and governance standards

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in Information Risk Management, with strong hands-on exposure to Disaster Recovery (DR) risks, controls, and testing
Solid understanding of DR concepts, testing methodologies, and IT infrastructure/application recovery
Familiar with risk and operational tools such as RCSA, incident management, loss tracking, and root cause analysis
Proficient in MS Office experience with d ata analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Certifications:

Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
Certified Business Resilience IT Professional (CBRITP)
CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC
