Comrise is seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to strengthen and expand our presence in the Philippine market, while also identifying and pursuing potential international business opportunities.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, developing long-term strategic partnerships, and promoting Comrise's outsourcing and talent solutions, including RPO, BPO, staffing, and managed services.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in business development within the Philippine outsourcing, staffing, or recruitment industry, with the capability and network to support potential expansion into international markets. The role requires strong expertise in client acquisition, consultative selling, relationship management, and solution-based engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities primarily within the Philippine market, with the potential to pursue opportunities across international markets.
Drive business development for outsourcing and talent solutions, including RPO, BPO, IT staffing, recruitment, and managed services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement leaders, business executives, and C-level stakeholders.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation, prospecting, and client presentations through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Develop customized outsourcing and talent solutions aligned with clients operational requirements, growth plans, and business objectives.
Collaborate closely with internal recruitment, delivery, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless implementation and strong client satisfaction.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue and new-business targets.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, emerging client requirements, and potential growth opportunities in the Philippines and other markets.
Identify opportunities to introduce Comrise's Philippine delivery capabilities to regional and international clients.
Represent Comrise in client meetings, industry events, conferences, networking activities, and other business development engagements.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, commercial solutions, and business cases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or client acquisition within the outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, RPO, or related professional services industries.
Strong knowledge of the Philippine outsourcing, recruitment, and staffing market.
Established network and experience developing relationships with decision-makers within Philippine organizations.
Strong understanding of outsourcing and talent delivery models, including RPO, BPO, MSP, IT staffing, and recruitment services.
Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and commercial skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
Ability to work independently and operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience handling regional or international clients and working with global or offshore delivery teams is an advantage.
Exposure to business development across APAC or other international markets is a plus.
