Job Description

As an Australian Tax Advisory Consultant, you'll join a Pioneer team dedicated to one of Australia's leading Big Four accounting firms, contributing across domestic and international structuring, transactions, GST, and regulatory matters. Earn up to a PHP 97,100 package (negotiable)
PHP 10,000 non-taxable allowance

The Qualifications We Seek

Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field with taxation coursework preferred
CA or CTA qualified, or currently pursuing CA or CTA qualification
4 to 5 years of experience in Australian tax consulting, tax advisory, insurance, or financial services
Demonstrated knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting legislation
Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance, tax advisory, and accounting standards
Strong ability to analyze, simplify, and communicate complex concepts in both written and verbal form
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions in a changing service delivery environment

Your Daily Tasks

Prepare tax returns and advisory reports for engagement manager review
Conduct technical research and draft tax advice on Australian income tax, GST, domestic and international structuring, cross-border transactions, and indirect tax matters
Draft technical tax advice for asset acquisitions and divestments, including due diligence, financing arrangements, IPO structuring, readiness, and prospectus preparation
Support clients and liaise with the Australian Taxation Office during reviews, audits, and disputes
Monitor legislative changes and apply updated tax requirements to client engagements
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and technical updates
Review and organize client information to support tax advisory engagements
