Role Purpose

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting through general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliation, asset management, tax compliance, and statutory reporting. Supports CREST reporting requirements while maintaining the integrity of accounting records and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Activities

Assist in CREST reporting and ensure timely submission of required reports.
Manage fixed asset accounting, including asset capitalization, transfers, disposals, and depreciation.
Check and validate net book value (NBV) of assets for disposal.
Maintain and update monthly balance sheet schedules and ensure reconciliation with General Ledger (GL) balances.
Prepare and post monthly journal entries accurately and on time.
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate outstanding items.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of General Ledger accounts.
Handle monthly and quarterly income tax computations and ensure timely payment of tax obligations.
Assist in ensuring compliance with BIR and other statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
Support internal and external audits by providing schedules, reconciliations, and required documentation.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance RTR efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.

Typical Measurement Criteria/ KPIs

Track internal KPIs such as:

Ensure timely submission of accurate reports
Ensure all major accounts are analyzed monthly.
Ensure on time booking of costs.

Management Responsibility

Individual contributor. Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel.

Skills / Qualifications

Education Level/ Certification Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy

Expected Years of Experience (Min imum)

Minimum 2-3 years of related experience
