About The Role

We're hiring for end-to-end sales ownership of Aspire's Employer of Record (EOR) product. This is a hunter role for a proven closer — someone who doesn't wait for pipeline to land in their lap, but goes out and builds it.

You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outbound outreach to running complex, multi-stakeholder deals and driving them to close. You'll work with founders, CFOs, and HR leaders navigating international expansion, cross-border hiring, and compliance complexity, and you'll be their trusted advisor through all of it. This is the right role for you if you've closed deals at other EOR players and you're ready to bring that playbook to a high-growth fintech with a differentiated product.

What You'll Own

Building and owning your own outbound pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and partner channels
Identifying and targeting high-fit accounts: startups, scaling SMBs, and mid-market companies with cross-border hiring needs in SG, HK, and the broader APAC region
Developing a territory plan and executing it with discipline — tracking activity, pipeline health, and conversion rates in CRM
Collaborating with Marketing to amplify outbound efforts, while holding yourself accountable for pipeline generation regardless
Owning the end-to-end sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract
Running structured discovery to uncover hiring needs, compliance challenges, headcount growth plans, and key decision-making dynamics
Delivering compelling product demos and tailoring the value proposition for each stakeholder across HR, Finance, and founders
Handling commercial negotiation, pricing conversations, and contract sign-off with minimal escalation
Serving as the go-to expert on EOR, global payroll, cross-border compliance, and Aspire's product suite
Proactively identifying triggers for EOR adoption: market expansion, remote-first hiring strategies, cost optimisation, and compliance risk reduction
Advising prospects on country-specific nuances, employment law considerations, and Aspire's coverage across 50+ countries
Ensuring a smooth transition from closed-won to onboarding, working closely with Customer Success and Operations
Staying engaged during the early customer lifecycle to protect NRR and drive expansion opportunities
Working cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to sharpen positioning, surface product gaps, and refine the ICP
Maintaining clean CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and detailed deal notes so the whole team benefits from your deal intelligence

What You Need To Be Successful

4+ years of B2B SaaS or HRTech/EOR/Payroll sales experience, with at least 2 years in a full-cycle AE role
A proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota, with specific deal examples you can speak to
Strong outbound muscle — you've built pipeline from scratch, not just worked inbound queues
Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with ACV of USD 30K+ annually
Excellent communication and executive presence; you're comfortable pitching to a CFO or CEO
Based in Singapore or India, with the ability to meet customers in person when needed
Ideally, prior experience at Deel, Remote, Multiplier, Rippling, Velocity Global, Papaya Global, or a comparable EOR/HRTech company
Deep familiarity with EOR, cross-border payroll, global employment compliance, or international HR
Experience selling into APAC and/or South Asia, with an understanding of buyer personas, decision cycles, and regional nuances
Comfort using data and CRM analytics to drive forecasting and prioritise opportunities
The ability to run webinars, roundtables, or in-person events to build pipeline and brand presence
Has a strong grasp of artificial intelligence concepts and the ability to apply AI tools (e.g. Claude, n8n, etc.) and frameworks to solve real-world problems at Aspire
