Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Total Rewards Officer (FTE / Contractual).

The TR Officer (Fixed-Term Contract) provides operational and administrative support to the Total Rewards team by ensuring the accurate and timely execution of compensation, benefits, HR systems, and employee services. The role supports day-to-day Total Rewards operations, facilitates employee requests, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and assists in maintaining HR data integrity across various systems.

What are the Job Responsibilities

The temporary staff will assume full operational responsibility for core administrative transactions and strategic TR business partner support:

Daily Total Rewards Administrative Processes
Certificates of Employment (COE) & Verification: Ownership of end-to-end COE generation, signature routing, and external employee background checks.
SLA Target: 100% of standard verification requests resolved within a 48-hour turnaround time (TAT).
Financial Loan Validation & Approvals: Audit, validate, and sign off on third-party provider logs (BPI, Savii) alongside corporate Emergency Employee Loans (EEL).
SLA Target: Accurate validation audits completed within 3 business days of platform submission.
Employee Allowance Auditing: Regular validation of operational, field, or localized payroll allowances to verify compliance before monthly system cutoffs.
SLA Target: Zero processing defects or payment variances passed to payroll.
System Access Provisioning: Promptly process and dispatch Employee/Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS) access requests for newly onboarded hires and newly promoted supervisors.
SLA Target: Credentials provisioned within 24 hours of formal onboarding notification.
Performance Tracking Operations: Manage the tracking, reminder distribution, and ticketing systems governing employee regularization schedules, assisting with programmatic automation where possible.
SLA Target: Status reminders deployed to line managers exactly 30 days prior to employee review locks.
Total Rewards Business Partner (TRBP) Assistance
Fleet Management Operations Support: Directly assist the Fleet POC with the document lifecycle for BPITC, URC corporate vehicles. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date Official Receipts and Certificate of Registration (OR/CR) logs and driving direct field coordination with employee custodians. - URC Main
Wellness Initiatives Logistics: Support the Wellness Lead with end-to-end logistical layout coordination for localized plant-based caravans. Core duties involve managing vendor requirements, aligning deployment windows with regional Plant HR teams, and drafting targeted internal corporate communications.

What are the Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
Minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on corporate experience in Compensation, Benefits Administration, or HR Operations.
Experience using HRIS platforms such as SAP HCM, SAP OM, Darwinbox, SAP Concur, or similar systems is an advantage.
Technical Skillset: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, VLOOKUPs, basic auditing layouts) and familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), ticketing systems, or employee self-service portals.
Good organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to process high-volume recurring data transactions accurately under strict timelines.
Willing to work on a Fixed-Term Contract (6 months) basis.
