Role Description The Field Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in the Central Business District. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing a sales territory, and building strong relationships with commercial customers and partners. Daily activities include visiting client sites, presenting product and service offerings, conducting needs assessments, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on leads to close deals. The Field Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, pricing, and delivery, as well as maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system. The role also involves monitoring market trends, attending industry events when needed, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications

Proven field sales or business development experience, preferably in energy, technology, industrial, or B2B solutions.
Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Ability to understand technical product information and translate it into clear, value-focused explanations for customers.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, including territory planning, visit scheduling, and follow-through on opportunities.
Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced Central Business District environment, with frequent client visits and some local travel.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including preparing proposals, reports, and presentations.
Proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Self-motivated, results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Prior experience in energy solutions, industrial equipment, or technology sales is an advantage.
