About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our Singapore team and drive sales growth across an assigned territory.

This is a customer-facing role where you will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, identify opportunities to grow our portfolio and deliver engaging, scientifically informed product discussions. You will take ownership of your territory, from developing customer plans and executing sales strategies through to monitoring market activity and achieving agreed sales targets.

Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and other functions, you will play an important role in strengthening our presence in the Singapore market.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute a targeted territory plan, prioritising customers and opportunities to maximise business growth.
Build strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, specialists, hospitals and other relevant stakeholders.
Promote Aspen products through high-quality, customer-focused product presentations and scientific discussions.
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets through effective territory management and identification of new business opportunities.
Grow product utilisation and strengthen relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts.
Maintain strong product, disease and market knowledge to confidently engage customers and communicate relevant product value.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights, providing actionable market intelligence to the wider business.
Work collaboratively with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Finance to support commercial objectives and customer needs.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely sales forecasts, reports and other required documentation.
Participate in business reviews, training, conferences and promotional activities.
Ensure all customer interactions and activities comply with company policies, applicable regulations, industry codes and pharmacovigilance requirements.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong pharmaceutical sales capability with a genuine focus on building customer relationships.

You will ideally have:

4 - 6+ years experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device or a related sales environment.
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience engaging healthcare professionals, including specialists, hospitals, clinics and/or pharmacies.
Strong territory management, sales planning and business development skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
The ability to understand and communicate scientific and product information effectively.
A customer-focused approach and the ability to develop strong, long-term professional relationships.
Self-motivation, resilience and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
Experience working within a regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales reporting systems.
A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Science, Business or a related discipline.
