The Key Accounts Manager serves as the primary business partner of assigned key supermarket accounts, driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships. The role develops and implements business plans, trade programs, and merchandising strategies to achieve shared business objectives while ensuring product availability, visibility, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and review annual business plans with key accounts to achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets.
Analyze market trends, shopper insights, competitor activities, and account performance to identify business opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
Plan, execute, and evaluate trade promotions, merchandising programs, and new product launches to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.
Ensure effective inventory management, category management, pricing compliance, product availability, and execution standards across assigned accounts.
Maintain strong customer relationships, manage account concerns, monitor receivables and operational expenses, and submit accurate reports on a timely basis.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Key Accounts Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, FMCG, or Retail Operations.
Strong analytical, negotiation, business planning, forecasting, and relationship management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in sales and business reporting.
Must possess a valid driver's license, have good driving skills, and be willing to travel regularly to customer locations and assigned territories.
