Job Summary

The Senior IT / Network Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management, business development, and solution selling. This role focuses on managing key accounts, expanding reseller partnerships, and delivering wireless, wired, and enterprise networking solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT and networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, resellers, system integrators, and business partners.
Handle B2B sales, account management, and channel sales for AWB Networks product portfolio.
Promote wireless, wired, and enterprise networking solutions including routers, switches, access points, and network infrastructure products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT and network solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and solution presentations for clients.
Lead product discussions, presentations, and client meetings.
Coordinate closely with technical and internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals.
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field.
At least 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, IT distribution, network sales, channel sales, or enterprise solution selling.
Proven experience in account management, business development, or channel sales.
Experience handling resellers, enterprise clients, system integrators, or corporate accounts is preferred.
Knowledge in networking, telecom, wireless solutions, enterprise networking, or network infrastructure is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven, strategic, and highly motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
